Lochinvar Service Training + IMCC Certificate

A two-part educational and certificate event held in conjunction with Frank P. McCartin Co., Inc. — Lowell's wholesaler of industrial electrical, plumbing & heating supplies since 1927. Part 1 (10am) — Servicing Commercial Condensing Boilers (taught by Robb Ellis, F.I.A. Woburn): Commercial boilers require a disciplined approach to combustion setup, flow verification, and control configuration. This course covers service procedures specific to larger fire-tube and water-tube condensing equipment, with emphasis on protecting the heat exchanger, verifying gas input, and preventing repeat nuisance faults. Part 2 (12pm) — IMCC: International Mechanical Code Certificate Class (taught by Gary Gauthier, ICC): Participants are introduced to the 2021 International Mechanical Code (IMC) as applied in Massachusetts, with a focus on jurisdiction, code flow, and areas of responsibility. The session provides a clear understanding of how the IMC integrates with state and local enforcement, along with key foundational concepts and practical application. Each attendee receives an ICC Certificate of Attendance. Lunch included.
