Privacy Policy

When you enroll in a course, we collect your first name, last name, email address, and phone number. We also record which course or courses you have expressed interest in.

Payment information is handled directly by Stripe at checkout. NECEC does not see or store your full credit card number, CVV, or expiration date. We receive only Stripe's payment status and a non-sensitive payment reference.

Standard server access information (IP address, browser type, request timestamps) is recorded by our hosting provider in short-lived logs. We do not use cookies for advertising or third-party analytics tracking.

We use your information to process your registration, take payment, send course confirmation and follow-up email, manage classroom administration, and keep records required for state and IRS compliance. We do not publish your personal information on the site.

We share the minimum information required to operate the site with three trusted service providers:

• Stripe handles payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy.
• Resend delivers transactional email such as your confirmation message. Resend's privacy policy.
• Supabase hosts our application database. Supabase's privacy policy.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share it with marketing partners or data brokers.

• Lead and inquiry records are kept indefinitely so we can recognize you on a return inquiry, unless you ask us to delete them.
• Paid registration records are kept for seven years to support tax, audit, and state compliance obligations.
• Webhook logs and server access logs are retained for approximately 90 days for operational troubleshooting, then discarded.

This site uses one essential cookie: necec_admin_session. It is set only after Gary signs into the admin area and is used solely to keep him signed in. We do not set tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Send your request to gag7343@aol.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a deletion request, and we may keep records that we are legally required to retain (for example, paid registration records subject to the seven-year retention above).
